The focus of the workshop was on understanding the diverse personalities we work with every day—and learning how to communicate and collaborate more effectively across different styles and traits. Through interactive sessions, real-world scenarios, and open dialogue, our team explored how to build stronger, more empathetic connections in the workplace.
