Investing in Growth: Kontur Hosts rEvolution Leadership Workshop

On June 27th, the Kontur team came together for a full-day rEvolution Leadership Workshop, led by the inspiring Laura Terness, Founder and President of rEvolution Leadership Training.
The focus of the workshop was on understanding the diverse personalities we work with every day—and learning how to communicate and collaborate more effectively across different styles and traits. Through interactive sessions, real-world scenarios, and open dialogue, our team explored how to build stronger, more empathetic connections in the workplace. This session is part of Kontur’s ongoing commitment to fostering both professional development and personal growth among our staff. The workshop was incredibly well received, with enthusiastic participation and valuable takeaways that we’re already putting into practice. A huge thank you to Laura for guiding us through such a meaningful experience - and to our team for showing up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to grow.
